  1. I still remember the hate for win 8.1, I know they weren't many changes but I'm making a point. I don't think there hasn't been attempts to change things, but people can't bare to learn anything new, so to keep your user base you do incremental changes that in the end doesn't lead to anything new. Smartphones was a new environment and people learnt new ways of interfacing with the device, I hate it.
