  1. Why does America’s not signing global treaties still result in reducing American emissions but many countries that do sign the treaties (go through the motions) fail to reduce their emissions? Also, why are India and China cut slack on their emissions? One almost gets the impression that the preferred method of addressing climate change is to simply establish a global socialist government so experts can control and distribute wealth and resources — that’ll dave us. ...then there’s the issue of expensive junkets in exotic locales flown to in private jets to discuss “climate change.” The issue will get more traction when the hypocrisy factors are addressed. I can’t get excited about bovine flatesulance when Leo DiCaprio is flying his friends to hear him speak.
