  1. matt tim -- it sounds "simplistic" and exaggerated (to the unperceptive) but, you are 100% right. Individual freedom and happiness to the greatest number seems to be the last of their concerns. You could allow 99% of the population to become millionaires and the left would still be whining about the 1% who are billionaires. Their agenda has nothing to do with success, achievement, or human happiness. It's always about adherence to some brand of authoritarian dogma.

  2. Like so many problems today, the solution will remain out of reach as long as human nature remains so gullible as to allow a massive portion of the public to put their faith and freedom into the hands of government and demagogues.
