  2.  @joesaine3418  - You’re still living in the 70s and 80s. The divide in Washington is long past a simple favoring of corporate interests vs. social programs. The current conflict is between those who still favor a free constitutional order vs. authoritarian collectivists who seek to impose punitive constraints on all citizens and a reduced standard of living. Your complaints may apply to the likes of Mitch McConnell but the uniparty’s days are numbered.
