I think in the case of conspiring to commit terrorist activity is the worst you could assign to calling someone a nazi, so when that was written.   3. Its perfectly legal to should fire in a crowded theatre, this really pisses me off. Shouting bomb at a crowded bus terminal is dangerous but even then you can't incriminate hysteria. If there is a fire, you should warn people, if there isn't, theatres exist for make believe, and to make ironical statements. Besides, the criticism would be it evokes fear and alarm, meaning emotional response would be illegal, all film and tv included. In short, there is no restriction on shouting anything in a crowded theatre, legally speaking.
