  1. Anarchist cookbook isn't actually legal for most people to own- quite a few cases resulted in conviction for it historically. You DO need a specific reason to own it, like powerful lasers, chemicals and so on you can freely buy legally. Quite a few antifa got charged for owning the cookbook. Also- it is a generic title for varied documents, some are censored and legal, some contain illegal chemical formulations.
