  11. They might do it. Long delay pushing isn't new to them. The issue is they might need much more. New devs, and frankly these were their 'guaranteed hits' bag due to their waning stocks.

  13. The controversy dying down is double edged, causing them maybe 100 million lost in derailing the hype train. They gave up completely on the expensive version. Remarketing the game might not even be possible. Outlaws spend 100m on advertising and sold only 1m units. Ubi does do multiple delays, so they could stretch it a year or two, but to be honest in my opinion the 3 months is mostly just breathing room. I've heard talk of strikes at ubi from perceived layoffs, founders wanting to sell off, Concord's failure, their outlaws, japanese parliament's attention, stock freefall- they were banking on ac shadows & outlaws majorly. Their two 'can't fail' projects when they started.
