That is the definition of a restriction of free speech, freedom of expression.

Daimler dumper XL.

Fatschism.

Yeah, absolutists. Ask a german what happens if you drive without a license and they'll say 'it's impossible to drive without a license' and that gives you a clue to the psyche.
2
It is offensive. She isn't fat, she worked hard to be a land whale. That ain't cheap.
2
Its funny because her name is long.
2
It's been under a lot of pressure lately. Looks depressed.
2
Freedom of opinion isn't freedom of speech, only one small facet. All criticism is insulting. Even policy positions are insulting. There is no limit on that restriction.
2
It has gotten much more restrictive over time. It doesn't attack her human dignity. All criticism can be labelled that. Any call of her being a land whale is a criticism of her hypocrisy as a nutritionist and green party member.
1
Absolutism just seems like some kind of mental trap. Gestapo to Stasi, it takes a long time to unlearn those attitudes in fairness.
1
The weight of oppression has never been heavier.
1
@Lumilicious the process is the punishment.
1
It wasn't to free you from yourselves. Take personal responsibility. We didn't declare war on the soviet union.
1
All criticism looks like hate and bullying. It's not possible to control who you hate, its honest expression. In addition, the Nazis also criminalised hatred and insults to them. She is the one bullying because she has the power.
1
I think its actually schools, another relatively new introduction. Institutionalising child prisons. Its no wonder adult babies come out, getting taught by worse and worse generations.
1
From the UK, I agree.
1
She's named for the queue behind her at the buffet.
1
That isn't freedom of speech in the rest of the world, because criticism is fundamental to that. This is political criticism. In an image they are criticising her favour to migrants and her gross neglect of her physical body as a nutritionist demonstrating a lack of temperance, and hypocrisy. All criticism is insulting.
1
Your poor English is insulting.
1
Germans being able to understand that it can be two things at the same time is tricky. You can express political opinion in an insulting way. Which causes a constitutional issue in Germany. 'It can't be an opinion, it's insulting'
1
Not qualified, but she tried to dictate meat consumption as part of her green agenda.
1
She guarantees you'll lose weight when you're with her. Because you'll not get a look in.
1
She's clearly an expert on food.
1
So many germans think banning insults is okay. Who isn't ever insulted by criticism?
1
Except germans in the comments have been charged and fined under this law. I'm sure it probably happens more in east germany, but it still happens quite a bit. And being taken to court is the greater punishment often. We understand, we just think you are mental to entertain such a law. Laws like we are enforcing in the UK that are extremely subjective.
1
He criticised the nutritionist for being fat (a hypocrite) and challenged her view on immigration. It being vulgar doesn't remove the challenge to her views it presents. German absolutism again. It can be more than one thing.
1
The only thing carrying extra weight- It was never a good idea. Criticism always can be interpreted as insult. In this case she is a nutritionist for goodness sake.
1
In england we have had the right to bear arms longer than the US, its in our bill of rights. Don't rely on a bit of paper is my advice.
1
More like the stasi- oh wait again.
1
There's a reason that happened in germany. Character of the nation is a key factor.
1
No, it's always been a grift 'we want things that sound good to funnel money into my cousin's 'green scheme''
1
The process is the punishment.
1
Or stasi.
1
In the EU and even the democrats use religious language refering to the sanctity of their democracy. They really are high off their own supply.
1
'The other fat one' it is germany.
1
That's like saying nazi germany had free speech, or china does. Does the law restrict speech? Yes? Then it isn't free. Its like saying gays have rights in palestine. Don't be willfully stupid. And it is illegal in germany.
1
Very obvious political satire- nutritionist green being a land whale and having an intimate relationship with migration.
1
When she's a nutritionist, its obviously calling her a hypocrite and its clearly criticising her immigration policy. The issue is when it's both that's a condition germans can't quite grasp. Absolutist thinking.
1
No, not in the slightest. Absolutist thinking is how germans work. They don't see the absolutism as bad, it was just the wrong flavour.
1
Yeah, well east germany was a thing.
1
He was addicted to pervitin and possibly painkillers. She's addicted to pretzels.
1
Oo oo hitler loved dogs. She loves hot dogs.
1
Adolf widened the roads and created the autobahn, she widened the roads from displacement
1
She's a hypocrite, a fat nutritionist, the post directly criticises her stance on immigration, so that is bollocks.
1
We call it freedom of expression in the UK. our bill of rights here gives us the right to bear arms you know.
