  4. This isn't strictly true, like in the US you can waive your right to a Jury but technically here it is your right to demand one. They might actually bring criminal proceedings against him on racial hatred as racially motivated defamation. Even juries here are pro women to the extreme so likewise that wouldn't be much better. Pro CCP remains to be seen, but we will be watching.

  7. In the UK notice of intent to sue is part of a lawsuit. Next is a legal letter. To sue means to plea, first you are meant to plea to the alleged perpetrator in a civil case. This man can request 30 minutes free advice from a lawyer here though, he doesn't need to hire one yet. Not scare tactics but a message to attack and harass him.
