  1. ​ @Davethawave1999  twitch streamers are effectively employed by twitch both under california law. They are contractually tied to their streamers, they are not customers. Regardless, any terms of use ARE legally enforceable too- if they remove you for a reason it has to be legitimate. It's a huge legal quagmire for twitch especially as boogie has california protections.
