  3. As much as you blame algorithms, a lot of these changes were made by hand, to train the model. A little behind the curtain secret. This was a project by google that took several years.

  5. It's an overly heavy reliance on fuzzy search algorithms and now AI. It can do some things well and some things it never will help you. Mind numbing when you hit its walls.

  6. They didn't actually stop, they started paying people to do it in a more standardised way and help them build AI models. This is the result of that and years more of development.

  7. Well, we aren't the paying customer, we're the sheep consuming the feed that the publisher puts in the trough to keep us going. Just because we get sheared doesn't mean we get any extra. Remember, the publishers buy the game, you don't own it, just 'a service'
