Anything asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. So there's nothing to go on if these employees don't have receipts or can contradict his story.

Age of consent isn't the same as age of majority. Minor is yet another distinction. It's an important one, as rude jokes are no issue if they're past the age of consent, in addition with no evidence of grooming there isn't much to talk about unless the chat is published.

@KHETTIUS not true. The age of majority is when you achieve full legal rights and isn't the same as the age of consent. If you need to be 21 before legally entitled to drink alcohol for example, you are a minor until then. How this is treated entirely depends on jurisdiction, nation etc. Also, we have a temporal issue. They may have signed up as a minor but these events occurred later as stated. There are many possibilities, but revealing them could risk revealing their identity.
