  4. No, there isn't. It was asserted without evidence or trial. And even then, it only bars from office not running for office. It is up to the federal government to block him once elected, in which case likely his vice president will take the role.

  7. Again, conviction required at minimum, and even then in a voted office it isn't applicable. Aid and comfort means direct knowing material support or sexual intercourse and is to those in openly declared rebellion. Perhaps the police officers who opened the gates could be charged if they specifically let in a group declaring independance or the explicit usurping of the states. Those who supported and involved in the chaz for example would also have to be charged first for any legitimacy.
