We gave our courtrooms to migrants so he'll be in prison longer than any sentence waiting and they'll probably give up charges as there is no crime.

Guy who burned quran and was attacked is remanded his attacker let out, what he did isn't a crime. Our courtrooms are given over as migrant hostels so his court date will be years away to be released. They'll likely drop charges if he doesn't plead guilty. Why have laws, the police can jail you for years anyway.
