  4. That puts it at a very deadly disease first of all. Second, they contained and had numbers able to be respirated. Third, they may have false positives, fourth, not everyone has 'concluded' their illness yet. It takes at least a month to die of it. Fifth, they kept it to low risk groups. Sixth, they are actually testing and treating people, unlike the uk.
