To my mind as an average strategist- this is an entirely specialized vessel passing off as general purpose. By my reckoning there is decent likelihood is this causes extreme sea level rise in a short period. It has the hallmarks of a doomsday weapon. If they are thinking what I am thinking, poseidon are quite compact. I'll have to discuss it with my geological hazards expert, but it is entirely feasible this could not only take out one navy, but many navies and much of the western world's infrastructure and trade in one fell swoop. @daveo2992 no, he means how in a power vacuum the most violent dictator wins control. It would take only one bad egg, thus, like communism you have to butcher all the bad eggs, and use any means to stay in power to prevent the bad eggs winning.
