Man tomorrow's list is going to be a warzone, All the games that could make the top 10: The Last of Us, GTA 4 or 5, The Walking Dead, Fallout 3, Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption, Mass Effect 2, Super Mario Galaxy 1 or 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Halo 3, Portal 1 or 2, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Xenoblade Chronicles, Assassin's Creed 2 or 4, Minecraft, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Uncharted 2 or 3, Zelda: Skyward Sword, Dark Souls, Bioshock or B: Infinite, Battlefield 3,  Batman: Arkham City, Journey, Jeez did I miss any? Lets see if I adjust for the one per franchise rule: 23 games HOLY FUCK! I'd be even harder to predict what WON'T make the list than what will, since they obviously don't make 13 honorable mentions.

Some of the ones you missed: The Walking Dead, Fallout 3, Skyrim, Metal Gear Solid 4, Portal 1 or 2, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Xenoblade Chronicles, Assassin's Creed 2 or 4, Zelda: Skyward Sword, Dark Souls, Battlefield 3,  Batman: Arkham City, Journey, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Yeah I think it's official: There are going to be so many amazing games that are going to be left off the list whether we like it or not.

  16. Jesus Rendon I doubt Zelda will be on the 7th Gen list, looking at their Top 10 Zelda games Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess made 8 and 7. Probably will be one list where Zelda won't make an appearence.
