  3. The start of the video said "had to originate on a Playstation console" Snake originated on the NES and MSX2, while the first Tomb raider was a multiplat for PC, Sega Saturn and PS1,

  5. This list made me realize something: Sony doesn't have a absolute #1 defining mascot that's defined every single console of their brand, especially compared to its rivals. I mean Nintendo has Mario, Xbox has Master Chief, both star in all their systems that are considered the best games on their consoles. Playstation on the other hand ... their PS1 mascots pretty much abandoned ship during the PS2 era to go 3rd party, none have appeared on the PSP or Vita, The PS2 mascots with the exception of Kratos kind of ran out of steam during the PS3 era. I can see Drake being #1 seeing as how he carried the PS3, but even then he and Sackboy are the only still active mascots going into the PS4, and both were PS3 era. Don't get me wrong there's some good mascots, but none of these guys really stand shoulder to shoulder with the likes of Mario and Master Chief.

  6. nickonite I wouldn't say Frank West is a Microsoft mascot either since Dead Rising also appeared on the Wii, plus he also appeared in Tatsunoko vs Capcom which was a Wii exclusive, so I guess that rules him out.
