Wii U currently has all those games on VC modified to support HD, though you can also get a Wii for Virtual Console too since they'd be pretty cheap now. DON'T GET A WII MINI, it has no online capabilities so you won't be able to use the Virtual Console on that system.

" They are often considered some of the best games ever made" You can say that about every game on this list, especially Chrono Trigger

They said PC games between 91-95, in their intro video they said this is because PC games don't have defined generations.

Play Chrono Trigger and you'll know why.

For those who have never heard of played Chrono Trigger, you have to get it, There are 7 different systems you can get it on, and I'm going to rank it based on what's the best possible version to get: 1. Nintendo DS - Contains the cutscene's in the PS1 version but loads as fast as the SNES one, Also this version has fixed some of the bad translations from the original. If you have a 3DS this version will work with that console too. 2. Wii Virtual Console - Exactly the same as the SNES version but much cheaper to pick up. 3. SNES original - Doesn't have the FMV cutscenes but still as authentic as they come. However cartridges fetch a high price on Ebay 4: PSN Store - The original PS1 version which you can play on PS3 or Vita, however be advised that the PS1 version suffers from long load times between battles. So set Load Speeds to Fast for this game. 5. PS1 version - same as the PSN version but original discs are hard to come by. 6 & 7: iOS and Android - Same as the DS version except this one uses a full touch screen interface for movement. However these versions have been reported to crash at certain points and somehow Square-Enix overblew the filesize at over 600mb's
