  1. The #1 point is wrong. You don't have to pay a monthly subscription just to play Stadia. Did anyone at WatchMojo actually use Stadia?

  3.  @adnanasif9538  The first 5 MONTHS was a pre release period. Stadia became free 5 months after the prerelease window.

  5. ​ @OHCAM5  You're arguing from a position of bad faith. To play any game, you have to buy the game. That's true of any game that's not F2P. And there are games that are F2P on Stadia that you can play without paying anything, Like Destiny 2. When you buy a game on Stadia, you can play it on anything that can run Google Chrome or has a Stadia app. You're not tied to any hardware.

  6.  @OHCAM5  Except it is a bad faith position, because your scenario is an FTC violation. If Google actually did that, they would either have to refund everyone's games or provide an alternative. Plus Google would be more than likely to sell Stadia then simply shut it down. If you want a subscription where you not own the games: That's what Stadia Pro is for. Hell signing up for it right now gets you around 30 free games.

Everyone was telling you that its the PLATFORM that's free, but you kept saying "Oh but you have to pay for the games, therefore its not free." Which is NOT the argument at all. So either you're a pirate. Or you're too stupid to figure out the difference between games and platform. Which is it?

  17.  @lorddiethorn  Yes you do for PS5 and XSX, you have to pay $400 for it instead. Plus a monthly pass to play online with PS Plus or Xbox Live. Even with Stadia you don't need to sign up to pro to play online. Also the video passes off the information as if that's still the case now. And Stadia made it clear from the start there would be a free version of their platform. But I guess the truth doesn't generate to good views and clicks
