  2. ***** I say again, what makes the trailer so special? It hints at a fight? Whoop dee doo, That's nothing special. And the 8 year wait means nothing if the trailer isn't up to scratch.

  5. Yaoifanboy  The teaser trailer alone for KI3 wasn't a very good one, not even Top 30 worthy as it seems so awkwardly put together with the Pre-Alpha footage. You can argue fanboyism all you want, but if the trailer can't stand on its own merit, than its not a good trailer.

  7. flakopizon1 That's different though, the Fallout 3 trailer works because it slowly reveals all the details you need to know about the game without saying a word to both veteran fans in newcomers alike. Well detailed interior environment's, a large 3D open world setting, a clash of 1950's culture with nuclear destruction, and the showcase of a Washington DC landscape. With KI 3, you get Sora on a beach, and some awkward pre-alpha gameplay footage. This doesn't mention anything.

  10. DarkheroTobi That'll be debatable, but that's irrelevant. May I remind you this video is about the trailers, regardless of how the game turned out.

  11. theultimateobessor m So what makes KH fans any different than any other fans of any series? You can argue the wait all you want it. It doesn't change the fact that the trailer looked rushed and didn't offer anything special.

  12. theultimateobessor m It's not even worthy of that. All the trailer was is: It's Kingdom Hearts 3, here's a single town we modeled with Sora walking around. ... That's it. I could think of 50 other trailers better than it.

  13. Even then it's not a very good teaser, since that's all the info it gives "Its a Kingdom Hearts game". And even then your having to wait 8 years argument falls flat from all the handheld spinoffs released over the years, most notably Re:Coded and Dream Drop Distance that progress the story after KH2.  In order to be a good teaser it need to tell something to non-fans.
