  2. +Nova Xennial Its not a case of "There should/shouldn't be a tutorial." There are games that offer you nothing to start with, and others that hold your hand for far too long. It's all about finding the right balance in between. Giving players enough info to start with, but holding back enough for them to learn on their own.

  15. +Raptok LP I wouldn't mind a 40 minute tutorial IF IT WAS ACTUALLY A TUTORIAL, but the dialogue in that game drags on for so long and it barely mentions anything. And for a game that has a lot of mechanics to work with. Skipping the cut scenes would basically make the game unplayable.

  18. The problem with FF13 is how slowly it drip feeds all of its mechanics, and even after the prologue the plot goes NOWHERE for such a long time as all the party members go off and do their own thing after the crystal lake. And don't even get me started on XCX and Twilight Princess.

Again you need to look up what the term "opinion" means because I don't think you seem to think what you think it is. Have you seen their VS videos? That's about as opinionated as you can get. "When they have a different opinion from the majority" Yet you fail to notice that the video has more thumbs ups than thumbs downs, so you're not even in the majority to begin with.

  21. Kingdomheartskid615 Ok Fair enough, I can understand why it would take 45 minutes for you on your 10th try because you do have the advantage of knowing what you're doing and what to do next. Plus your milage of course will vary depending on your skill level. Still I've seen people on GameFAQS claim the opening lasts up to 4 hours so I guess it depends on the player.
