  1. RIP VW Phaeton! You were definetely eye-to-eye with a same- year S-Class! In my country ( Germany ) you can get them for next to nothing now ( 5000€ ) . But I don' t want to run / own this one!

  2. The Touareg is still sold in Europe and other places of the world, but not in the US anymore. The Atlas is big, comparably cheap and has lots of space, but in no way comparable to the very luxurious Touar3g!

  3. The German chancellor used to be driven in a Phaeton... I'm German, but this car never made a break-through, not even compared to Audi's A8, it's family cousin. This car was a year-long dream of former VW strongman Ferdinand Piech... However, people never connect VW to S-class competition! A very luxurious and nice car, but nowadays, I wouldn't want to pay for the running costs!
