That alright. You can suffer the consequences when you reach old age and realize how meaningless of a life you’ve lived. You want all the nice cars, transit, beautiful cities, well maintained public parks etc.? Then you have to have children. Also, asking women for this or that makes you as a man look really awful. More males need to re-learn old school virtues and morals in order to fully mature.

That has already happened with many Ukrainian women. I work as a contractor and deal with many different clients all over the place. I’ve personally witness many upper class American men (either divorced or still single) who had no luck with dating here in the States; find a wife from Ukraine. Before the war, Ukraine was in a abysmal economic mess. Any Ukrainian man or woman with the ability to leave, has already done so. You’ll find many well educated Ukrainian men who left Ukraine years ago, now work in IT or construction all over EU nations.

Ukraine was a very dysfunctional country even before the war, annexation of Crimea, and euro maiden. This war has only made things worse for Ukraine.

Meritocracy is dead across the West. You seriously believe that all these women got their cushy office jobs through merit? Governments and other large organizations subsidize women to go to school, subsidize women into the workforce, and subsidize women with handouts who make bad social mistakes (abortion, divorce courts, welfare, etc.) who pays for all this? Men who work long hours at tough jobs.

It is a similar situation in the USA too. Everywhere I go, whether it is the gym, grocery store, restaurant, bar, library, book store, national park etc. the ratio of old people to young people is 10:1. Same thing can be said about the workforce. I work as an electrician and everyone around me is in their 50s, with one guy being in his mid 30s. Too much old people and not enough young people.

A nation requires 3 children per woman in order to maintain a stable and healthy demographic. That is basic biology. The USA (since the 1970s) has had fertility rates below 2.5 children per woman. Since the 2000s, the average fertility rate in the USA has been below 1.7 children per woman. So, America (like many other countries) is heading towards a sharp decline in the coming decades.

The decline of Europe is thanks to the European leadership and people who were too ready to quarrel with each other over petty things during the 20th century. Many English, French, German, Belgian, Polish and Russian leaders were still living in the 18th century of petty statesmanship. WW1 and WW2 completely overhauled and destroyed Europe. It was not just Germany and France that were wrecked, but England became financially broke, Poland collapsed to Soviet domination, Italy was a wasteland and in debt, Norway was broke etc. Had Europeans not fought a first and Second World War, they could’ve maintained their economic, financial, moral and demographic superiority over the USA and the rest of the world.

Ukraine was a mess even before the war and 2014 annexation. Doctors and nurses in Ukraine are known as “volunteers” and receive next to nothing in terms of pay for their work. The average skilled worker employed in industrial, construction, or maintenance or whatever got paid below minimum wage. Government of Ukraine was constantly changing hands between wealthy Oligarchs who cared little about ordinary people. Ukraine had a great start after the collapse of the USSR. Good economy, skilled work force, lots of healthy people etc. All that was squandered because not everyone has the ability to self-govern.

@__Wanderer The Amish are self-sufficient, self-reliant and self-governing. They're doing much better than what many isolated suburbanites (like YOU) are doing these days! I'm not talking about throwing away all modern technology. I'm talking about the rejuvenation of local community, social networks, and learning to be more self-sufficient. You suburbanites always panic over high gas prices, rising costs of college, declining public schools etc. etc. The Amish/Mennonites never panic over these things because they got their priorities straight.

That was how my parents behaved. Arrogant and callous because they have ONE masters degree. I get it, they were “the first” to go to graduate school in my family, but none of my siblings and I went to university.

Most people won’t be able to just “flood back to the countryside”. Especially with high gas prices, car dependency etc. in North America. You also have to take into account of federal land regulations, conservation authorities, environmental protection etc. that is imposed on the countryside now. Which makes access to the rural parts very limited. And through high industrialization, we’ve already eaten up most of the fauna and flora in the countryside. In the future, we’ll have to go both ways and find a balance.

@ayararesara6253 IT is a very exclusive industry that not many people can get into. I've meet Ukrainians who emigrated to the USA back in the 1990s and 2000s; they all tell me how the average blue/white collar employee in Ukraine can't even earn enough money to put food on the table, despite working 40+ hours per week. Sine 1991, Ukraine has went through dozens of economic crashes that wiped out everyone earnings.

@toxicmale2264 Throwing some money around won't solve the root cause of the issues. I was addressing the decline in skilled labor, quality standards etc. that is caused by many people who either 1) don't want children in sufficient numbers or 2) do not raise their children properly.

@evilds3261 America no longer has the skillsets and industrial capacity to mass produce automation. Even if we were to import all the automation from China, there simply is no longer the sufficient population needed for consuming fast foods, cheap shoes, bottled drinks etc. However, I do believe that at a local level, there will be some automation done by skilled craftsman rather than technicians.

Despite the decline in educational standards and vocational training in the USA, we still produce people who are very exceptional and very competent. While many of our industries can only hire a fraction of the engineers, scientists, and technicians so badly needed; America is no position of total collapse and is still in need of many well experienced, well qualified white/blue collar professionals.

The vast majority of newcomers to Canada tend to flock towards Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, or Vancouver due to economy. In the rest of Canada, it’s all farms and small towns with almost no jobs. Even then, Canada economy has been constantly shrinking since 2020 with fewer opportunities and fewer jobs.

@ayararesara6253 The situation has not improved at all for Ukraine or Russia. Even before the current war, Russia and Ukraine were amongst the former Soviet Republics that could not even feed half of its people because of terrible economic turmoil.

@Joker-no1uh Wrong, the USA did not have the largest economy in 1890. Germany had the best economy from 1870 to 1945. It was the Germans who invented combustion engines, diesel engines, jet engines, and many other industrial R&D were dominated by Germany. America simply absorbed many German scientists, engineers, technicians etc. after the world wars that allowed America to launch satellites, space craft etc.

People will have more children when they stop being so greedy and give up on modern luxuries such an TV sets, exotic vacations, fancy cars/motorcycles, and other ridiculous gadgets. In Canada/USA, the Amish and Mennonite populations are rapidly growing despite their early 19th century lifestyle.

In the present day and future, the people who will be prospering will be those who have adapted a mix of traditional craftsmanship and smaller scale industrial workmanship. Immigration itself will not fix anything in America. Despite an open immigration policy that America adopted after 1965, technical-creative skills continue to rapidly decline.

@evilds3261 We don't even have the skilled labor to build and maintain such robots on a massive scale. We rely a lot upon other countries (i.e.: China) for many basic components. The American Empire is finished and there is nothing we can do to save a crumbling empire. America will return back to local statesmanship.

Almost none of these newly arrived immigrants are going to smaller urban areas in Saskatchewan, Quebec, or Manitoba. In Toronto and Ottawa; folks who work in government, insurance, real estate, technical contracting, mortgage/banking, and big construction projects love high immigration because it means more profits.

Your video reminded me of a common pattern of how foreigners perceive education in Canada/USA. A lot of people outside North America think that our educational system are inferior institutions that create inferior quality people who are not ready to do anything productive as adults. While that is true, I find it to be outright wrong at the same time. America itself (not counting international students and immigrants) still produces highly skilled scientists and engineers that turn out valuable R&D or startup projects that other countries like China cannot compete with. Then if you look into the community college institutes and American history (I.e.: the Dodge brothers), you find a “grey zone” where some of the best Americans combine theory & hands on ability into their profession. Too many people have forgotten what “unapologetic meritocracy” really means….

The best and brightest immigrants all go to Canada first, and if the Canadian legal immigration does not accept them, then they go to the USA. Check out the US/Canadian immigration systems first. America (since 1965) has become the flop house for many nations.

Since the 1970s, the USA has seen a 1-2 children per family thanks to higher taxes, child incentives/breaks being removed, women being taught Academics instead of formal parenting, and men turning into spineless feminists. Why do you think we had such crazy things going on the 1980s, 90s, 2000s etc. all the way to the present day?! Heroin on American university to campuses, children coming out of public schools so dumb, and many youngsters doing a worthless/costly degree at university! The mother who would look after their children are now exhausted after they come home from a long day of work, so they let their child do whatever they want! Here in America, many old values, old towns, and morals are dying out because the older generation of men and women have failed to pass them on to younger people. We’ve become very short sighted, focusing on short term gains instead of long term incremental development. All those feminists out there who want to insult me, I don’t care because Life has its own way of giving you idiots a “kick in the pants” when infrastructure cannot be maintained, cities crumble, and there aren’t enough high IQ/EQ people to fulfill all these job roles.

The wealthy will always have access to better education, better health care, better housing in an urban environment, and be able to provide more for their children.

Russia can outproduce the EU in terms of military hardware, but not the USA. The problem with American military aid to Ukraine is that the Americans have little to spare. Their own armed forces have a set standard of minimum requirements for ammo, artillery, tanks etc. So, the USA had to scramble to find contract industrial manufacturers to produce munitions/guns for Ukraine.

@Miami1991 America industrial economy still represents a fraction of the American GDP, so the U.S industrial base (while badly weakened) is far from beaten. In terms of Iraq and Vietnam, those were wars fought for money, not patriotism. The military industrial complex is still big, wealthy and strong in the USA thanks to lucrative federal contracts. And no, America has no need for such massive WW2 style army divisions to fight a big land battle when it has other high tech in its arsenal to use en masse (Alois Irimaier). In terms of dealing with China, America will beat back a Chinese military invasion too. (Alois Irimaier). "A lot more happening behind the scenes than what our eyes can see."

The term "Anglo-America" is just a generalization that I used. America absorbed a large amount of Germans, Irish, Dutch, etc. peoples who are very capable of self-governance. Hence America economic, scientific-technical, and military might.

Putin invasion of Ukraine has nothing to do with absorbing more people into the Russian Federation. The only real objective that Putin has accomplished is destroying Ukraine agriculture, which exports hundreds of millions of tons of wheat to Africa and the Middle East.

Just look at all the parents who force their child to do a centralized examination into college and graduate schools here in America. From the end of WW2 till recently, if you didn’t get a bachelor degree at college, you were considered a nobody by most people.
