  1. General contractors HAVE to pay their sub-contractors, suppliers, and be ON TIME when the utility inspector comes in to check the work! If he did not smash up the bathroom remodel, then the other guys would’ve put a “lean” against her property until she pays!! If the customer signed a contract during the estimates; then the customer has to pay the full price!
