  1. Baby boomers never had to deal with such high inflation that younger folks in Gen Z are having to deal with. I've seen archive films from the 1960s/70s/80s of grocery store prices; you could get a big shopping cart full of groceries for only $20!! These days, $20 at a grocery store only gets you a few items.

  2. 100% agree with you. Before the 2000s, America had a dynamic and robust economy with plenty of jobs in manufacturing, industrial applications, education, residential construction, commercial services, institutions, agriculture, fishing etc. etc. 2024 onwards, most of these jobs have vanished (offshored) and ever increasing regulations make doing work almost impossible.
