  1. Coconut oil and avocado oil are very healthy oils with healthy fats in them. Your brain and other organs require healthy fats and oils in order to function properly. If people weren’t eating coconuts or avocados, you’d have to eat beef tallow, sheep fat, lard, olive oil or butter to maintain a healthy ratio of fats/oils in your brain etc.
