  1. Britain fought the two world wars against Germany because the English were jealous of German industrial and economic growth while British industry, commerce and trading kept on declining. Liberalism is the moral rot for the collapse of British Leyland motors.

  2.  @keithnewton8981  German auto makers have always been the best in the world. No British auto maker has ever come close to competing against Germany in skilled workers, quality production, machinery, and industrial capacity to build high quality cars. You’re just bluffing.

You have management who don’t know anything about mechanical engineering or high quality industrial engineering. The workers are poorly trained and in this video are shown using sloppy tools. Japan adopted the Edward Deming method and Germany focused on top quality craftsmanship. Both countries beat the UK and US in quality car production in the 1980s and even today.
