  2.  @mickiekatsuragi2690 instead of thinking of it as dieting just change your diet entirely for the better for good you’ll lose weight gradually over time and it won’t be “hard” it’s not expensive or difficult to eat healthy it’s just a choice you stick with or not. Plus it’s all about your health not your weight anyway it’s good for you and your body will thank you.
