I think that a group of unethical, corrupt factions have gathered in Biden's back office, each group with its own inept agenda, using a pliant Biden, riddled with mind-blanking dementia, to read their scripts and sign their orders. They didn't factor in the dementia side effect of aggression that's resulted in Biden's hitlerite hatred of Trump and chaotic, dangerous input and decisions.
