  1. As seriously dangerous as drugs are, the have no mind to make decisions or act. They do not steal parents away from children. The parents decide to take the drugs and absolve their responsibility for their children. Until the notion that drug addiction is a disease, or that drugs, themselves, are causing the issues, is changed to put the responsibility on the addicts, dealers and distributors this epidemic will not go away.
