Smacks of a VonderCrazy command from on high, with coordinated talking points for the heads of the various EU countries to gaslight and persuade their citizens that the war against Russia, using Ukrainian men to die as proxy fodder, is a noble cause of the populace for which it is worth suffering, rather than a criminal, manufactured war of the inept leaders who are directly responsible for the boomeranged suffering.
