Her exact words: Britain would "hit targets including those who are key to the Kremlin's continuation of the Russian Regime." If the death penalties are carried out, the weeping souls of these two UK mercenaries will hover over her shoulders. Talk about a negotiating position of strength for the Russians. If I were Putin I would demand all UK AND all US sanctions lifted for the two men, even if Russia were never to need the Western freedoms of lifted sanctions.
