Belarus would be nuts to go along with such and opportunistic, condescending temporary sanctions lift for Biden to feed his masses, so he can continue his bloodshed. If I were negotiating for Belarus, I would demand an end of all Biden's/US's/UK's/EU's/Western sanctions on Belarus and Russia, an end to Biden's war against Russia, and an end to US and NATO in Ukraine and interference in Ukraine. I am sure Belarus can manage without a short-six-month moratorium of US sanctions. Seems that Biden, his state department and military are devoid of negotiating skills as well as familiarity with economics and international finance.
