  1. Best way for Ukraine to raise taxes would be to end the war and start re-invigorating its economy without having to pay any money for war. Re-institute elections, opposition parties, free speech, freedom or religion and language, equal rights for any Russian-Ukrainians still within the new new borders of Ukraine, free enterprise and private business ownership etc.

  4. I think a Palestinian State would have to be in a different location. Not smack in the middle of Israel. Too dangerous. Perhaps the sounding Arab countries could find some new space.
