  1. I am not an expert of blockchain or crypto currencies by any means; however, I am shocked by this SEC move. The SEC should be going after Twitter and Facebook for carrying out different business from those disclosed in their public disclosure documents. I believe that one way or another, financial authorities will step in to prevent crypto currencies, other than a cryptocurrency, they, themselves control. Are they classifying crypto currencies as securities because they increase in value? As a private citizen, I could dabble in exchanging currencies, but it would not be considered dealing in securities.

  2. The SEC could target any server. But you are right. For social media, independent servers seem to be the answer. Perhaps a tech expert can tell me if they can shut down independent servers. Countries can block web content, so can totalitarian governments, such as the Biden Regime, shut down servers?
