  2. As two main purposes of Putin's SMO are to help Donetsk and Luhansk against Ukrainian/Azov genocide against Donbass Russians, and to end US/NATO aggression, I don't think Putin will sit back and allow these Biden long-range missiles to hit the Donbass without swift retaliatory action.
