  2. I think Andrew should get his titles back and return to some royal duties when the atmosphere is conducive. For years now, he has been asking for his daughters to be working royals. The Queen, Charles and William will not agree to Beatrice and Eugenie being working royals. They intend to maintain a very small group of working royals - a necessity to maintain a royal family in Britain with growing republican sentiment. Andrew was never arrested, charged or found guilty. He has always denied the charges. He settled with his accuser for a very small amount, most going to a charity of her choice, not to her. Why did he settle? For the Queen to make the mess go away, but most importantly, his accuser's team knew they could not win in court. She was unable to produce the photo, indicating that it was most likely photoshopped!
