Planned and orchestrated by Biden, Blinken, Sullivan and Nuland (CIA too - would be no surprise), using US government cut-outs to create plausible deniability. Both Biden and Nuland hinted at this outcome before it happened. Seymour Hersh has built significant contacts over his decades of reporting. Der Spiegel, a German publication, would report that Zaluzany was responsible in an attempt to cloud the German embarrassment over its ally, the US, having cut Germany at the knees. The main cutouts were apparently US divers, and likely the Norwegian government and navy. Could Ukrainian cut-outs have been in the mix? Could be!
