Having said that, Hamas's and Hezbollah's count is greatly exaggerated to gain Western sympathy. In Gaza, there are almost no civilians still. in the target areas. In Lebanon, Israel actively warned civilians, days in advance, to leave the target areas, where terrorists were hiding their operations, including missile launchers, in apartment buildings.
