  1. it would be better if Trump were toying with the Green Goblin, but I don't think he is. Trump is exposing that he's not informed about the details of this war or the relevant geography and refuses to admit that it has been a US hegemonic war against Russia, using Ukraine as a proxy. A change in presidents does not alter that reality. The foundation of lasting peace talks must be drilling down to the causes, as Russia has explicitly stated.
