  3. I expect EU and US developers and financiers are itching to rebuild Ukraine and siphon all the profits (IMF FUNDING) into EU/US bank accounts. Whoever ends up leading Ukraine would be very smart to close its border to the EU and US; but that won't happen because Ukraine is bankrupt, already surviving on EU/US taxpayer handouts! WHAT A MESS. NULAND MUST BE FIRED.
