  1. @Cristi Neagu - Problem is that millions of women who work never planned their lives. They never determined their passions, strengths, likes and dislikes to plan their lives accordingly so that goals for family, career, finances, interests, etc. all correlate. Having, say, three children without the financial wherewithal to employ or arrange 24/7 care for them does not correlate with climbing a corporate ladder. Women/mothers in the workforce leave before closing time, some "work from home" (actually looking after their children, with a stream of vacuous emails late at night to make it appear as if they have been working), don't contribute to necessary after-hours work, and are distracted during the workday. Then comes maternity leave, another risk for business owners, that should be eliminated.

  2. Blah, blah, the one thing that will ensure the continuation of the greatness of Western values, innovation and processes is MERITOCRACY, together with ethics. Do away with that, and blue, red, yellow, green, black, white -- whatever, the greatness of Western civilization will collapse.
