  1. September 1. University is back. Made a mistake of going to a grocery store at the other end of a campus. Students had their equity stands up and running. Stopped to have a conversation with a student manning one of the stands. She told me that Marxism was good and there are many examples of successful communist governments. When I asked her to name the successful communist countries, she told me I was just an angry person and refused to continue talking. If we don't stop the crap being indoctrinated into these students, Biden/Harris will just be at the starting gate of unimaginable horrors down the road.

It has everything to do with competence, other than the vile racist way in which she was appointed to her job by her skin color and gender. You surely cannot believe that is OK. How would you like it if I fired you because of your skin color or even hired you because of your skin color, only to receive grief if you couldn't perform the job. If you were best for a particular job, then the job should be yours, no matter what color your skin is or what gender you are -- male or female (there are only two genders). If a person does not perform, then that person should be fired (aka Kamala Harris) without regard to her skin color.

The historical significance will be the failure of choosing someone, not for intellect, experience, world knowledge, smarts, personality or leadership skills, but for skin color and gender. An example of the dangers of Critical Race Theory and its racism, hijacked feminism, and equity or equal outcomes, as preached under Marxism.
