n52nimbus - Your comments are astounding, so ill-informed. You say, "We have a president who does not understand our system of government."?! Do you understand how absurd that comment is? Give just one example of his picking and choosing from the constitution; one example of his not respecting the U.S. system of government. The American system of government is founded on democracy. He won the presidency. Underlying that system of government is the expectation of respect for the office of president. For the first time in U.S. history, there has been an attempted coup against the U.S. government (by no other than career liberal bureaucrats who figured their choice should stand no matter who the American people elected). Not only shocking that, in a long-term and respected democracy, such a coup could have been attempted, but also the most serious crisis in U.S. history. And don't forget for one second that the evidence against these traitors is overwhelming! Didn't know that? Then I suggest you start doing what it takes to find out what is actually going on in the world, because it is very important to know, for the sake of your future. If you glean your information from the mainstream media, such as CNN and MSNBC, you will never know or understand what is actually going on. Not to know the details about the attempted coup, to discount them, support them, or sit back and pretend it didn't happen is seriously dangerous for you and your family.
"To refuse the obligations of international leadership..." What on earth does that mean? International leadership: The people of France are crying out in the streets, "We want Trump." President Trump had the courage to vehemently oppose the outrageous policies and statements of Macron, who will most likely have to resign for his disrespect for his country and its people.
Maybe you are speaking about pulling out from the Paris Agreement on Global Warming. Have you ever read that accord? At least a summary of that accord? My guess is that your answer is, "No." If you don't know what is involved in the accord, how can you possibly be for it? Here are some main reasons why he pulled out. The accord has language that would result in unelected foreign committees having authority in the U.S. The accord amounted to a handout of billions of U.S. tax dollars being paid to under-developed countries whose record for appalling environmental activity is monumental and whose record of aid money being siphoned into pockets of their corrupt leaders is also monumental. The obligations of the U.S. under such an accord was a gift that would keep on giving, while they keep on polluting. Major polluters, such as India and China, were not under the same restrictions under the accord. As the world is a small finite planet, that means, any action on one side of the world deeply affects the other side of the world, so if one side is allowed to carry on global-warming activities, then any restrictions on the other side are useless. And here's the piece de resistance about that deeply flawed accord: The global temperature has not been rising for many years. Environmentalists refer to this as the "PAUSE." Of course, you won't hear about this in the media. It would put a dent in their agendas. You have to seek out the Nobel Prize winners in physics who are discounting the notion. Global Warming has become a deeply entrenched pseudo-scientific issue, perpetuated by those in that spurious industry and politicians who enjoy exploiting and bamboozling the ignorant for votes.
Could it be that you are talking about President Trump's goal to create fair trade agreements and his tough stance against President Xi Jinping of China? The U.S. has had a massive trade deficit for decades. Do you have any idea about the economic consequences of that? Job loss, low wages, lost manufacturing, lower GDP, and trillions of U.S. dollars floating around the world unable to be repatriated to the U.S. because of high taxes, until President Trump came around to greatly reduce taxes. By the way, President Xi and President Trump may have disagreements about trade (albeit it Xi has now made commitments towards fair trade as a result of President Trump's actions), but they greatly respect each other personally. He was very impressed that Ivanka's children speak Mandarin. Do you speak any foreign language in your commitment to globalism? Liberals screamed and whined about President Trump's vow to end NAFTA. That agreement was initiated by Bill Clinton, and is the single most important cause of the decimation of manufacturing, job loss and low wages. President Trump has now signed a much, much better and more up-to-date agreement with Canada and Mexico, after much whimpering and crying from the Canadian "leader," Trudeau, the drama-teacher, without an iota of education in economics, finance, business or investments. Will continue on another response, as this one is getting long.

n52nimbus Lesson for you. In work and careers, it is results that count; not hard work. I was once an Obama supporter. Huge mistake. He certainly has some good qualities. He's eloquent, an excellent writer, a family man but has had difficulties in his marriage. That's about it. Dabbled in drugs. Went to a third-rate college before Columbia and Harvard. Was a failed community organizer. Pretended to be a centrist, but is actually a globalist and leftist. His legacy is Obamacare, a serious failure. His foreign policy and pick of Hillary Clinton were disasters. The piece de resistance when it comes to Obama, his mentors who supported him through to the presidency, something that has been deliberately hidden. As you research the attempted coup, check his mentors out. If you pride yourself as an American, that story will send chills down your spine. Didn't understand economics or finance.
Trump: not eloquent but straight to the point. Understands economics, finance, business and investments, essential for a successful president. Graduated from a top military academy. Graduated from one of the top business schools in the world. Expanded a multi-million-dollar local development business into a multi-billion-dollar international conglomerate. As an outlier, beat sixteen candidates to become president. Has delivered the best economy, particularly for women, Hispanics, African Americans and youth, ever -- a direct result of his pro-business and tax reducing platform. Highly successful foreign policy. On the verge of creating peace on the Korean Peninsular. Got Xi to agree to initiate changes for fair trade. Ended the disastrous Clinton NAFTA that has been directly responsible for massive American job loss and downward pressure on wages. Adamantly against exploitive outsourcing and insourcing for cheap labor (reason CEOs are against him). I could go on and on.
There was a time when I would say Obama was a lousy president but a nice man. His shadow government and campaigning against President Trump (against the expectation for American former presidents to leave and behave with decency and diplomacy has thrown any notion of his being a decent person out the window.
Unfortunately the democrats have turned far left, with socialism, open borders, sanctuary cities, globalism, flawed global warming, massive government spending, higher taxes, irrational and hugely irresponsible hatred for Trump, support of, or silence about, an attempted coup, calls to violence against Conservatives, silencing conservative opinions, massive inward migration, dumbed-down liberal schools, colleges and universities, etc. on their agenda. If they win, that will be the end of America.

n52nimbus - My god, talk about looking in the mirror, seeing your own reflection and, in fright, projecting it on to others. Your comments on this thread are unbelievably uninformed. They would receive a failing grade on any exam at a school, college or university that still practices the principle of meritocracy, with a recommendation for you to enter remedial courses in English, Politics, Government, Economics, Law, Finance, Debating, Logic and Ethics, before moving forward with your education. Amazing how our comments say so much about ourselves. You had the misfortune to receive a pseudo education at some dumbed-down liberal college, and are, yourself, a career, civil servant. Your writing is appalling, and makes no sense whatever, either in structure or content. You are uninformed about the issues, so you resort to ad hominem attacks, epithets and bullying.

n52nimbus I am not going to supply you with the evidence of the coup. It is imperative that you find these things out for yourself. The real news and internet full of the evidence. Now more than a few books by highly reputable writers have documented the evidence: A few hints for your research: Strzok, Page, McCabe, Comey, Clinton, DNC, FBI, DOJ, Rosenstein, Brennan, Fusian GPS, Steele, Ohr, FISA Court, insurance policy, etc. Where did the evidence come from: subpoenaed emails, other subpoenaed material, lawsuits, testimony under oath, leaked emails and other materials, etc. Go and find it. Shame on you if you don't. As Albert Einstein once said: "The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don’t do anything about it." The traitorous activities on the part of highly placed democrats, including an attempted coup, are nothing short of evil.
As I said, your writing is appalling in both content and structure, so no wonder a reader cannot make head nor tail of what it's all about.

@Tuco Remirez -- "War criminal government." What war? The only war the U.S. is involved in now is to decimate one of the most evil terrorist factions in our lifetime, ISIS and its related evil extreme factions. You can, of course, choose to ignore this evil and label the government as war mongering, or you can stand for decency and acknowledge its fight against evil.
Having said that, in one way you are right. Decent people (Republicans and hopefully decent Democrats too) watch in horror, as the chilling democrat, Maxine Waters, a representative of the government, screams for violence against conservatives and screeches slanderous, untrue epithets at President Trump, calling him a criminal -- all given prominent cable time by the likes of depraved media outlets, such as CNN and MSNBC.
