Obviously I am horrified by this case - I don't understand why her charges are not First Degree Murder - however, the judge's initially denying her another court-appointed attorney left me feeling uncomfortable. No matter how much she brags about her own abilities and how much she annoyed her slew of court-appointed attorneys, leaving someone so uninformed to defend herself, was in my opinion wrong. Surely he could have ruled that the last defence team remain and that she work with them. Then came her new attorney - pro bono I expect - however, he doesn't seem to be on the ball - doesn't even appear to know how to use a computer. Is his practice failing, so he took this case to drum up more business for himself?

  3. If the judge were to disallow her investigative interview for lack of the waiver part of the miranda rights, surely the video of her suitcase murder can still be presented at the trial. Correct me if I am wrong. As soon as the jury sees that video, she is toast, in my view.

  5. The elephant in the room! Clarity on the facts. Ketamine is a horse tranquilizer. It should NEVER be used for mental or psychological issues. Maybe in small doses in the operating room to put patients out, but NEVER for mental health. Just one more excuse for profits - using drugs for other than their intended, approved use.
