Unsuspecting witnesses have no idea how they are about to be attacked when Prior mounts the podium to cross-examine them, not just attempting to create doubt for the jury, but actually bullying, slandering, demeaning, attacking the witnesses; and with slippery language, getting them to agree to his made-up scenarios with which they actually don't agree. They have to be strong, alert and assertive to trip Prior up in his false scenarios and games with justice. Many of the witnesses have not been able to do that. Hopefully, the jury catches on to his games.
