UK politicians can, out of unbelievable ignorance, or deliberate ineptness, continue to ignore the bull elephant in the room, evil warmongering, or they can muster the moral courage to take the first four vital steps to end Britain's economic and social implosion:
(1) End all sanctions against Russia and Russians.
(2) End all clandestine and official support for Ukraine, including funding, weapons, training, support of Ukrainian genocide against Donbass Russians, Ukrainian targeting of Russian-Ukrainian civilians, nazism in Ukraine, propping up a totally bankrupt, corrupt, Ukrainian government that allows no opposition.
(3) Immediately deport all migrants landing in Britain (no hearings; they are illegals) and dramatically reduce far-too high legal immigration.
(4) Start immediate action to create new MIC models to end the requirement for war to generate profits. Curb destructive alliances among the MIC, politicians and the City.
How about Britain coming to terms with its much diminished geopolitical realty to become a neutral country, just with an ace home guard to prevent migrant, NATO and other invasions and focus on rebuilding British innovation and industrial success, while deterring US interference and hegemony.
Russia, under Putin, never did anything untoward towards to the US, UK, EU, WEST. Where are British journalists? Not one seems to have aggressively questioned the reason for war against Russia, using Ukrainian men as proxy fodder to die for US/UK evil intentions. The politicians will respond that Putin is evil, because he invaded Ukraine. The press will not ask why he invaded Ukraine.
Putin and Lavrov consistently and relentlessly called for diplomacy to end Ukrainian genocide against Donbass Russian civilians and US/NATO aggression. The US, UK, EU, WEST refused, hence the SMO to end the genocide.
Liz Truss declared war on Russia BEFORE the SMO. She screeched that Britain would target anyone in the Kremlin who had anything to do with the continuation of Russia, an ignorant, reckless declaration of war and intent to wipe Russia off the map. The SMO was formed after her abominable behavior towards Lavrov in Moscow.
Their doesn't appear to be any pushback against this immoral, unethical, evil war against Russia that is imploding Britain the EU, and not least the US, the instigator of this war for undeclared, depraved, unacceptable reasons, details of which belong in another thread.
The first two tasks are easy. Simply leaders with courage and leadership skills. The second two tasks are more in depth and long term, but just the public intentions for change will start the process of saving Britain.
