They brought their baggage with them. They are now voting to positions of power, fellow disaffected immigrants, who hate Western values, and bleeding-heart liberals with Marxist notions. (Ilhan Omar - American hater - and Bill de Blasio - former Sandinista, thankfully now gone - just two cases in point.) Misguided, altruistic liberals/marxists support migrant flows that have goals to replace Western history, accomplishments, traditions, mores, and culture with who knows what. Meritocracy to be replaced by "equity," meaning "equal outcome," without any regard for the damage they will face without Western meritocracy. CEOs are intent on insourcing cheap labor to the West to fill their already bulging corporate bank accounts on the backs of cheap labor. (Something Trump was adamantly against, as foolish lemming populations egged on corrupt media that slandered and libeled him daily.) They cover up their real intent with false notions that no citizens or landed immigrants will do the jobs. Bleeding heart NGOs actually travel to various developing or poor countries and solicit individuals to become migrants. Seems no one has ever wondered how it happens that so many thousands from different, unconnected countries, all at the same time, decide to pull up stakes and head for the West. Hello NGOs.

  2. Leave climate change out of it. Human-caused climate change anyway. The notion that humans can influence cosmic weather patterns is preposterous. Is climate naturally changing? No convincing evidence of that. Pollution, though, is a huge and valid issue that is well on its way to destroying the earth, and pollution is most evident in China, Africa, India, SE Asia and Latin America - all the overpopulated areas. You are so right that those explosive populations are high hurdles to creating better standards of living, especially in countries headed by deeply corrupt leaders. Of course, all the victim criers, yelling for higher and higher immigration to the West, don't have the intelligence to look ahead and picture the importation of the hell in those overpopulated countries, as open migrations to the West, by sheer numbers alone, lead to massive overpopulation, societal discord, and economic bankruptcy.

  3. I believe below-replacement birth rate for substantial decades into the future is a good idea. A great way to recreate much better societies and diminish the enormous damage from bulging populations. Surely, the fixation on the need for replacement levels in populations that are already too large is a misnomer.

  4. Should have negotiated their independent terms better?!! The African government leaders were not the least bit interested in negotiating terms. They wanted the whites and their economic benefits gone. Enabled by liberal/labor home governments who were equally anxious to see the colonials leave. Left-wing liberals still accuse colonials for the hardships of Africa today, yet the few Africans alive today, who lived under colonial power, are in the last years of their lives -- 75 plus. Without doubt apartheid in South Africa was evil, so are the large-scale attacks and murders of white farmers, expropriation of land without compensation, whites living on the streets because they cannot work because they are white. Africa's problems since colonialism: massive, irresponsible population growth; massive corruption and theft at high levels of government; erosion of tax bases; ousting of Westerners who could have assisted; work quotas to eliminate whites from workforces; initial partnerships with the USSR; tribal conflict and continuous civil war; AIDS; Aid from Western countries that went straight into leaders' bank accounts; religion - Christian proselytizing and influx of radical Islam. Etc. add to the list.

  5. I have been commenting for such a long time now that irresponsible population growth in Africa is at the top of the list for African problems. I should have added more focus on the incredible impact this is going to have on the rest of the world. I have also commented for a long time now that irresponsible world population growth is at the top of the list for world and national problems. All this while conservatives call for Western women to have more babies and liberals call for one of the largest ethnic cleansings in the world to wipe out white populations with massive, irresponsible migrations to the West. Weep for the world ruled by such inept and foolish leaders. By the way, I am a conservative.
