With the bedrooms directly off the windowless living room, having to have a room-mate would be just a bit too close and claustrophobic. Really too bad that we've come to a point where one has to have room mates in order to be able to afford rent. And people mock and demean Trump, when he's the one who is adamantly against the exploitive outsourcing and insourcing of cheap labor that has a massive downward effect on wages and salaries. This apartment is not the good deal you are making it out to be.

He knows - The value of the minerals is far less than Trump envisions. - Exploration and development of any minerals will take years - even decades - before any revenues or profits are generated. - Private enterprise is not going to be interested in giving up profits to any government funds. - Proven oil reserves in Ukraine are less than 1% of the world's total reserves. Ukraine is a net importer of oil. - Ukraine is the second-largest holder of gas reserves in Europe, but they are in Dnipro-Donetsk Basin, i.e., Russia. - Once the US digs into resource and commercial activities in Ukraine, it will become a de facto security guarantor and on-going war partner.
